You've probably already tried something with AI.

Maybe you brought in an agency that built a slick demo — and then nothing shipped. Maybe a consultant spent weeks on workshops and handed you a strategy deck — and no one on your team knew what to actually do with it. Or maybe you rolled something out, and it just... didn't stick. The tool sits there. People go back to the old way.

Most AI help falls into one of two camps: people who can build, but don't know how to bring an organization along with them — and people who can advise, but have never actually shipped anything or stayed around to see if it worked.

I'm Jacky — an AI Implementation Consultant for companies under 200 people.

That means I don't just hand you a roadmap and leave. I bridge the gap between "we should probably do something with AI" and a working system your team actually uses — and I stay involved until it does.

I can do this because I've done it before, inside a real company:

I've built it. From hands-on coding and AI agent systems, to staying current as the tools themselves change week to week — this isn't theory I read about.
I've led it. I was the one who first raised the need for AI transformation at a 200-person Berlin company, before it was anyone's job to. I built a data team from zero to 15+ people, and later ran the company's AI strategy as Director of AI — reaching 94% AI adoption and 80% employee confidence using AI. I'm equally honest about where it fell short: tooling and culture changed faster than deep process change, which needs executive mandate, not just a good team.
I can explain it. To non-technical teams, to leadership, to people who've never touched a line of code — through writing, mentoring, and guest teaching.

What this looks like in practice: a scoped, fixed-price engagement — an assessment, a working pilot (an AI agent, an automation, a trained team), and a follow-through period where I stay accountable for whether it actually gets used, not just whether it got built.
